Terms & Conditions — lvwin

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and lvwin ("lvwin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://lvwin.win ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the lvwin Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the personal account opened by a User upon successful registration on the lvwin Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account wallet at any given time, including deposited funds and credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Gaming Services" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, sportsbook, and any other wagering products made available by lvwin.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions in which access to the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, as determined by lvwin from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it is eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account and use any Gaming Services on the lvwin Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. lvwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where satisfactory proof is not provided.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each User may hold only one Account on the lvwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including winnings, credited to those accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly should it change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2.4 Restricted Territories

The lvwin Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. lvwin makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credentials Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify lvwin immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. lvwin shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including all wagers placed and transactions initiated. You agree not to allow any third party to access your Account and acknowledge that sharing Account access violates this Agreement.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

lvwin supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallet or DuitNow are typically credited to your Account balance instantly or within a few minutes of transaction completion. FPX bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes depending on the banking institution's processing times. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. lvwin reserves the right to request documentation confirming your identity and the source of funds before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–30 minutes for verified accounts, subject to the payment provider's timelines. lvwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the lvwin Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the User.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the lvwin Platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the point of offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are valid only for the period specified in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• lvwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including through the creation of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement completion.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All gaming outcomes on the lvwin Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual game titles and by physical dealing/spinning mechanisms for live dealer games. All providers integrated into the lvwin Platform hold current RNG certification from recognised independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are publicly disclosed for all game titles.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects game outcomes or credited amounts, lvwin reserves the right to void affected wagers and reverse any associated transactions. Payments made in error will not be honoured and will be recovered from your Account balance or subject to reversal.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lvwin Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform in any manner not approved by lvwin.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent technical restrictions or security measures on the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any person or entity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory through the use of VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.

8. Responsible Gaming

lvwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. All Gaming Services on the Platform are strictly limited to Users aged 21 and above. lvwin provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net losses you can sustain within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform without requiring support contact.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lvwin, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. lvwin's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lvwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to lvwin's operating jurisdiction under its international online gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandated by law.

12. Amendments

lvwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the lvwin Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
